Frank has been in the security guard industry for over 20 years. He started from the ground up by learning the business starting in sales for Wells Fargo Guard Service under the tutelage of Mike Connolly. Frank had such a successful run that he invested his time and money to open his own company when the opportunity presented itself in1989.

Frank spent the next 17 years on his own in the guard agency business. He grew his organization to over 400 employees .Frank consistently re-evaluated the business and implemented cutting edge programs for customer service, billing, sales and operations.

However, Frank had a bigger vision in a post 9-11 world. He decided to sell this firm and focus on what customers were now looking for- a security guard company that was beyond the run of the mill agency.

At about this time Frank had the opportunity of discussing and planning such an idea with his old friend and mentor, Mike Connolly.

They decided that a business can be developed in which the focus and vision can be more than guards, more than billable hours. Thus, came an opportunity to offer additional services in the areas of contingency planning and emergency preparedness while providing our clients with a customized program to suit their needs in reference to physical security.
